V.F.M has made interventions that serve to change the lives of young people in Rusinga Island. The program endeavors to empower youths by equipping young people with employability skills. Since 2017, the program has been training youths on identified technical skills.  A nine month project that ran between December 2020 to august 2021, and which targeted 300 youths contributed more to the achievements.
